How to Record and Submit Your Vocal Sample

Please follow these steps to record your voice sample and submit your completed intake form.

Step 1: Prepare your recording

Find a quiet place where your voice can be heard clearly.

Choose a topic you can speak about naturally for 1 to 1.5 minutes.

For a general report, you may speak about anything familiar or comfortable.

For a topic-specific report, please speak about the area you want the report to focus on. For example, if you selected a work or team dynamics report, speak about your job, communication style, workplace stress, leadership, teamwork, or problem-solving.

Step 2: Record your voice sample

Use the SpeakPipe recorder website linked below

Click Start Recording and speak naturally for approximately 1 to 1.5 minutes.

When you are finished, click Stop.

You may listen back to your recording before saving it. If the recording is unclear, has too much background noise, or cuts off, please re-record before submitting. Report quality depends on recording quality. Studio quality is not required, files will be manually reviewed during processing

Step 3: Save your recording and copy the link

Once you are happy with your recording, click Save or Send in the SpeakPipe recorder.

SpeakPipe will bring you to a new page and provide a link to your recording.

Copy the full recording link.

Please make sure you copy the full link before closing the recorder window.

Step 4: Paste the link into the intake form

Return to the intake form on this page.

Paste your SpeakPipe recording link into the field labeled Vocal Sample Link.

Then complete the rest of the form, including your:

• name

• email address

• selected report type

• topic or focus area

• required acknowledgement/disclaimer checkbox

Step 5: Submit the completed form

After the recording link has been pasted and all required fields are complete, click Submit.

You will receive follow-up by email.

An invoice will be sent within 24 hours. Once the invoice is paid, your report will be prepared and delivered within the timeframe listed for the report type you selected.
